Non stretchy material but there is elastic under the bust which gives the dress is roomy fit. Material is semi see through so I suggest a slip underneath this dress. It would also make a super cute swimsuit cover up! It’s very flowy and breathable. I’m wearing a medium, Lindsay is a small and Holly is in the large!
